We are looking for a detail oriented project manager to help us more efficiently run our support business. As the project manager for our globally distributed team you will play a crucial role in keeping track and driving progress for the various initiatives on our roadmap. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked across medium-large size teams with varied stakeholders, is exceptionally detail oriented, and is resourceful in finding solutions to ambiguous problems.
ResponsibilitiesBuild out best-in-class project management capabilities, frameworks and governance to enable more impactful partnerships and organizational efficiency across multiple supported products and organizations.Create and maintain the team project portfolio to drive stakeholder visibility and ability to measure business impact.Align the portfolio to the organization’s [Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)] priorities and drive roadmap planning.Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion and provide necessary status and progress updates.Support strategic planning and prioritization activities, business reviews, executive reporting, and organizational change management.Support critical strategic initiatives and big bets identified by the leadership team. Minimum QualificationsExperience in project management or PMOExperience in project management tools such as Asana, Clarizen, Trello, Wrike or Smartsheet.Able to quickly understand the context, frame the problem, and move to planning & execution, even in the face of ambiguityImpeccable business judgment, along with a natural inclination to formulate hypotheses, and use problem solving techniques to evaluate solutionsCommunication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a history of delivering executive-level presentations Preferred QualificationsPMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or other project management certificationVacancy expired!
