We do this by implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem solving operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. In this position, you will use a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level.This role requires project and program management experience and a broad knowledge of research's impact on product design and development. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage complex logistics, and a highly organized approach are mandatory. This is a contract position based in our Menlo Park office.RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain, monitor and refine survey platform operational processes- Conduct ongoing communication of team programs and reduce surprises by proactively managing risks- Collaborate with cross functional partners to define and document survey policy and work processes- Identify opportunities for survey tool enhancements and prioritize key issues and opportunities- Move initiatives forward, find resources, raise concerns to owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress- Predict obstacles and establish solutions to overcome challenges- Hold the line when progress is in jeopardy while maintaining relationships- Provide survey platform training for researchers interacting with survey tools products- Provide support for users of the survey tools productsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- BA/BS- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 2+ years of technical project/program management experience- Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner- Experience communicating to and influencing a variety of audiences from engineers, to vendors, to senior research leaders- Experience understanding user needs and gathering requirements- Track record of building cross-functional relationshipsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience working with UX Research and/or UX Design
