Job Description:

•Research Program Managers implement operational systems, connect teams with knowledge, and problem-solve operational hurdles on a global scale to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. In this role, you will support our internal research programs by facilitating and coordinating impactful initiatives aimed at generating user feedback and insights for product development, including the team's rolling research program and vendor management needs.

•The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. We need an expert in problem solving and multitasking. You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you'll need to have good judgment and be able to find solutions on the fly. We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills who is proficient at independent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing.

Job Responsibilities:•Manage the day to day rolling research process for WA Research, working closely with researchers and vendors to successfully generate regular user feedback•Act as main point of contact with vendors for contracts, POs, and invoices•Assist UX Research team throughout the purchasing process•Facilitate progression in the PO pipeline and resolve issues to prevent delays•Independently and proactively coordinate UX Research projects per terms established with key vendor partners (e.g., Rolling Research, User Panels)•Ensure legal and financial compliance for all vendor-led research projects•Maintain, monitor and refine processes for researchers creating flexible processes that meet the team's needs while keeping the team working efficiently•Identify contingencies early on and employ risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on target•Safeguard vendor-partner relationships utilizing clear and proactive communication

Minimum Qualifications:•3+ years of program or project management experience•Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner Ability to be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen ability to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiencesPreferred Qualifications:•Experience working with Research and/or UX Design Experience working with vendors Experience working with global teams
