Job Description:Seeking a Quality Program Manager to join the People Engineering Platform team (contract) within Enterprise Engineering. The People Engineering Platform team drives product quality and engagement by partnering directly with our users and improves product experiences based on their feedback. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality and stability of Recruiting and Human Resources products. You will leverage data tools and other sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to Product and Engineering leaders to shape product direction. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to improve user experience.

You get to work on process improvement, product quality, and make product recommendations based on the information/data you are seeing. You would also be partnering with vendor teams to ensure regular support processes are completed and representing the support team in product meetings.
