UC Engineer.- Mid-level technical role.
- Backfill position
- Unified Communications background is a must, knowledge of basic UC is fine.
- Have a Cisco technical background
- Experience with Zoom technologies
- Someone who has been a call manager at Cisco might be a good candidate
- This position is more than just pure AV, it is combination of AV+ Call Manager + Unified Communications (focus is on video)
- The current project which they are doing is all video related, so candidates with strong video background will be a must
- Follow all client required policies, standards or safety guidelines
- Communicate any foreseeable problems to UC/AV team at the earliest opportunity
- Diagnose infrastructure problems with Cisco Call Manager for Webex/Zoom endpoints impacting one
- Conduct trainings on equipment and spaces to users and support personnel for Webex/Zoom/
- Solstice, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Touch 10, Extron and Cisco whiteboards.
- Intake customer service request and manage them to completion for video conferencing events
- Utilize client provided tools and systems to successfully complete team tasks
- Support telehealth virtual visits with providers, Nicview Camera deployment, Zoom migration from WebEx and WebEx room kit deployments. Monitor ServiceNow tickets throughout the day and on-call basis.
- Document procedures and processes for videoconferencing, deploy Webex Room kits, Cisco DX80, Cisco Webex Roomkits, Crestron Airboards and Cisco Spark boards and update SharePoint documentation.
