- Perform material control and incoming inspection activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assemble, test and package pre-production and limited launch products
- Specify, procure, install, and maintain production and engineering lab equipment
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and tools
- Other activities to support scaling up in-house manufacturing and distribution
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, follow, and assist with creation of manufacturing instructions
- Ability to interpret and follow engineering drawings
- Hands-on electromechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with measurement tools and techniques
- Flexibility, independence, and attention to detail
- Medical device manufacturing experience (GMP’s), including experience in a controlled environment (i.e., cleanroom)
- Hands-on machine shop skills (manual mill, lathe, etc.)
- Experience with laser welding processes
