INFORMATION
The Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has collaborated with the Contra Costa County Office of Education to develop educational programs designed to reduce the number of parolees returning to prison. Classes are conducted at parole offices and jail facilities throughout the state.
CLLC (literacy) classes are conducted in parole offices throughout the state. These classes are open-entry, open-exit, and use a variety of learning tools, including computer assisted instruction.
Schedule: On call, as needed basis
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess one of the following credentials:
30-Day Emergency Sub Permit; or California Adult Education Designated Subject Credential - Basic Skills or Human Development; California Single Subject or Multiple Subject credential

SALARY: $25.90 an hour, no benefits
