Big Creek Lumber Company, a leading supplier of lumber and building materials in central California, seeks a Lumber Yard Customer Service Attendant for our Atwater retail yard.
Responsible for:
Providing a high level of service to our customers in a safe, prompt, professional and effective manner
Directing the customer to the merchandise and helping load customer vehicles
Stocking lumber
Maintaining yard, store and warehouse in clean, safe and orderly condition
Forklift operation may be required; we can provide the training.
Preferred candidate has:
Good practical knowledge of building materials and construction terminology
A positive, professional, personable demeanor
Ability to safely lift 100 lbs. from the ground into the bed of a standard size pick-up truck.
Starting rate: $16/hour.
Schedule: Day shift; Mon-Sat with day off during the week
