We are looking for competent lead installers who have the desire to be part of a great team. We offer regularly scheduled in house training classes and outsourced specialized training classes throughout the year to individuals that demonstrate the desire to learn and improve themselves.

Base Line Qualifications:

 At least 3 years of install experience in the HVAC trade.

 Positive friendly attitude and the ability to work well with others.

 EPA universal certification card a bonus

 Clean Criminal Background

 Drug /substance free (Screening is mandatory as a condition of employment)

 Good DMV record and current driver license

 Competent working knowledge of air conditioning installations

 Competent working knowledge with basic electricity

 Ability to be a self starter, follows directions, and practice good communication skills.

 Competent in brazing, soldering, and basic pipe fitting

Bonus Qualifications:

 N.A.T.E. certification

 Hydronic Experience

 City Multi variable refrigeration technology experience
