Job Description

  • End to end responsibility for entire recruiting process up to issuing of contract and onboarding process in partnership with the team staffing and current resourcing vendor.
  • Conduct personnel marketing and employer branding activities to attract right quality and quantity of candidates.
  • Constantly improve recruiting process (e.g. application process with the involvement of recruitment vendor) and proactively build talent communities and candidate pipelines (networking).
  • Provide Active Sourcing for special talents and find best candidates using innovative and digital diagnostic tools such PI, Wonderlic and others
  • Responsibility for all recruiting related legal matters (contracts with current vendor, GDPR compliance) and interface to Bosch HRS (Human Resource Services) .
  • Provide positive candidate experience by ensuring a seamless transition into onboarding and smooth onboarding process with People Partner, Leader and team members and the Business.
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions, analyze hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend changes, improvements, solutions for the organization's recruitment strategies in order to adapt activities against changing market conditions and meet expectations of the Business.
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Develop an smart HR Communication strategic to increase associates engagement
  • Communicates massage to stakeholders, helps company to achieve its objectives, critical in an organization's strategic plan, support organization to build trust, keep associates connected, plan for future success, increase employee creativity and motivation, to gain associates loyalty and increase retention

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree or above.

● Experience: At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.

  • Experience Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

● Interview skill.

● Stakeholder management skill.

● Interpersonal skill.

● Basic coaching skill.

● Oral and written communication skill in both English and Spanish.

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
