Location: Milpitas, CA Description: Job opportunity with our Direct client Linux engineer

• Job Description:
  •Support Product Engineering team in Product qualifications.
  •Responsibilities include but not limited to •Cluster build up / Hardware bring-up after the rack and stack.
  •Kickstarting/Imaging Linux servers
  •Develop and Execute hardware qualification procedures
  •Writing/Executing Configuration Management scripts.
  •Writing /using Shell/Python script in production environment
  •Analyzing hardware failure causes and troubleshooting hardware and disk failure issues.
  •Sustaining work: Support qualification of replacements for hardware that is going obsolete
  •Troubleshoot internal tools and help execute POA procedures during Field Escalations
  •Work with Design Engineers in creating documentation Hardware Integration.
  Top Skills
  •3+ Years for industry experience
  •Demonstrable Linux skills preferably with a certification.
  •Networking Knowledge and good trouble shooting skills.
  •Good Knowledge of X86 based Server Hardware
