Process and articulate complex data in a clear way that can drive business decisions

Strong listening skills and ability to quickly detect cause of complex operational issues

Work with 3PL to enforce agreed upon KPIs, storage of goods, and record keeping of inventory

Developing scorecards and metrics to be used for managing inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries

Drive continuous improvement in RMA processes

Work with procurement and accounting teams to ensure inventory and logistics accounting is accurate. Manage and improve freight payment process

Implement and drive new supply chain processes across 3rd party logistics providers to improve efficiency, productivity, and costs

Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions; select and manage key supply chain partners - e.g. customs brokers, freight forwarders, inland transportation, etc.

Seek opportunities to increase efficiency through new technologies

Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and perform end of month inventory and 3PL service reconciliations

Required Knowledge and Skills :

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or transportation preferably for electronic or high tech manufacturing industry environments

PC literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and database programs

History of using ERP or MRP system

Ability to create and use database, enter data and generate reports including graphs and charts in Power Point presentations

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to details

Ability to function successfully in fast paced, high pressure environment

Basic Qualifications:

AA degree and 2 or more years directly applicable experience in a like function where data analysis was a key requirement

1 or more years of experience with an ERP system, SAP or Oracle preferred

Mid-level capabilities with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in RMA processing or reverse logistics

Experience with electronics manufacturing environment

Cross functional team experience which includes dealing with Quality Issues

Previous experience in managing 3PLs

Previous experience in database management software (tableau)

Previous experience with Freight Payment and Audit process and suppliers (Trax, Freightwise, US Bank, etc.)

Work Conditions:

Mixed warehouse and office environments
