View, Inc. seeks a Product Applications Lead responsible for working in the View product management team to define product features and guide and direct engineers and product applications specialists to create product features for the View Intelligence, predictive analytics platform, using strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, technical acumen and strong interest in smart buildings. Specific duties will be:
Ideate around new control methods, prioritize development and testing and lead development and testing efforts of new methods to predictively control View Dynamic Glass using hardware, software, machine learning, third party integrations etc.;
Prioritize and justify improvement efforts of 3DM predictive 3d Model. Present findings to leadership based on analysis and customer empathy;
Develop testing techniques, guidelines and implement process to allow agile team to test possible solutions using lean methodologies;
Use test performance to build consensus among company on product direction;
Be the client facing technical resource at sales meetings and conferences in regard to Intelligence;
Review high level database analytics and architecture plans to ensure they meet organizational goals;
Mentor team members and train them technically;
Be a thought leader within View to advocate and espouse the benefits of Intelligence;
Own the backlog and prioritize engineering workloads; and,
Work with HR and senior leadership to plan staffing and build the correct team expertise

Requires Master’s degree or the equivalent and three (3) years of experience
