- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in R&D roles related to Cellular RAN solutions
- Demonstrated deep understanding of cellular RAN solutions, RAN architectures, Open RAN, 3GPP protocols, cloud and server-based computing platforms, RAN virtualization, network management and IP networking
