Strong candidates will have a background in business applications, strategy & planning, global operations, and vendor management. In this role, you will work on scaling our business application infrastructure & processes globally, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which are forefront in the minds of the c-suite, have exposure to senior-level decision-making, and establish relationships with people across the entire company. An ideal candidate has designed and executed complex enterprise-class projects (ERP, CRM, supply chain optimizations etc.), practiced advanced business data analytics, understands high-tech manufacturing operations and have wide exposure to core business processes (quote-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay etc.). A successful candidate also should have a collaborative and friendly work style, be able to effectively multi-task and prioritize competing priorities, and have executive-facing communication skills.The position directly reports to VP of Business Operations. A successful candidate will be expected to directly manage a team of analysts and project managers.ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and project managers supporting ERP, CRM, PLM, HRM and other enterprise business applications

Work with business process owners to drive change and optimization of core business processes: Quote-to-Cash, Report-to-Record, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-Fulfill

Own enterprise application architecture and roadmap. Drive systematic upgrade to support business growth

Drive application integration strategy to accelerate end-to-end business process automations

Manage the ongoing support processes for business applications including incident management, enhancement/ change management and system authorization management

Serve as the primary focal point for internal/ external audit and business process compliance on business applications

Work cross-functionally to support critical build vs. buy decisions to deliver strategic operation capabilities

Manage business application budgets and project life cycles (RFI, RFPs, SOWs etc)

Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper knowledge transfer and handover post go-live

Establish and implement enterprise application information security policy and processes

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualifications:

15+ years’ in a technical role with 10+ years managing people

Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP, CRM (Salesforce), business application integrations

Exposure to global manufacturing operations

Demonstrated experience of strategic problem-solving and executive presentation skills

Demonstrated experience of business process analysis and design skills

S. degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of data into action plans.

Exposure to high-tech manufacturing, IoT-enabled services, commercial organizations

Experience implementing enterprise data lakes
