This location specializes in equipment used in optometry .Position Overview:You will assist the manufacturing team on various projects, primarily complex electromechanical assembly for a major Medical Device manufacturer in Milpitas. Our client welcomes experienced Med Device applicants and can also train the right person with proven track record. Happy to say we are working directly with the hiring manager who is motivated to interview/hire in the coming week so invite you or anyone you may know with experience and or viable aptitude for Electromechanical Device Assembly, specifically Laser for Medical Device.Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED (Documentable)

Four plus years of experience in an Electro-Mechanical Assembly or Technician role in the Medical Device Industry

Experience with Infra-Red Viewers; Beam Splitters; Colored Surface Pumps; Hand tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble, repair, inspect, or test products or assemblies following written instructions.

Set up and operate a variety of machines or equipment following written instructions.

Maintain tools and equipment per documented procedures.

Record information on approved documents.

Dispose of hazardous waste material in accordance with written policies and procedures.

Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
