Sr Sales Financial Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate and partner closely with sales management to manage operating expenses (OPEX), headcount, and the overall budget.Prepare and analyze monthly commissions calculations/accruals Conduct monthly commission account reconciliations and audit of key commission processesCreate and manage sales performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracyDeliver financial reports supported by business insights.Integral member of the monthly financial close processPartner with key business stakeholders to achieve shared goalsEmbrace process improvements to help scale the businessProvide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective, strategic decision-making through data analysisAd hoc financial analysis/modeling
