Real Staffing is currently working with a leading Medical Device manufacturer to find a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to add to their team in Milpitas. Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Milpitas Key skillsets:
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, biotech, aerospace, semiconductor) strongly preferred
- Degree in engineering, science, technical field or sufficient years of experience in that role
- Experience with at least one of our core commodities: Plastics, machining, electronics, medical device contract manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills (can interpret, organize and present data)
- Experience with learning/ navigating new computer programs (word, powerpoint, excel, SAP, outlook, document control systems etc).
- Experience working with people (other functions, suppliers, customers) / able to lead internal and external meetings
- Able to review technical documentation for acceptability in a variety of formats (e.g. internal documents, supplier documents) (Technical drawings, validations, inspection reports)
- Able to write a problem statement, perform root cause investigations
- Able to take in information and distill the important details
- Able to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize workload
