Located in the beautiful Milpitas, CA we are the first 5G wireless company that is eliminating hardware and providing true NLOS performance . We are looking to hire a sharp Systems Engineer to join or small but growing team!

Our team is responsible for providing engineering solutions to increase developer productivity and quality. You'll be a key contributor to the team. You will be expected to get to the root cause of an observed system behavior across PHY, MAC, and network layers. You will create and own the system diagnostics procedure that you will iterate on as the software evolves and matures.

Job Details

You will be responsible for:

  • Interface with SW (DSP / MAC), SYS SW, network teams to build an end-to-end understanding of the system flow
  • Create and own a process / procedure via which system behaviors can be diagnosed
  • Maintain and update procedures as the SW evolves and matures
  • Continuously expand on coverage aspects missing in procedures while providing input on metrics or KPIs that need to be exposed for better diagnostic capabilities
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of wireless fundamentals and OFDM-based systems
  • RF systems knowledge
  • An ability to independently analyze and interpret data
  • Stellar problem solving skills and an ability to deliver in high pressure environments
