- Design, Develop, Test, and Support automation solution using RPA tool.
- Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed, and training end-users on self-service tools within the platform)
- Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required
- Efficiently design & build instructions to automate the business workflows that are assigned.
- Prepare and provide documentation for all automation solutions delivered
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert of Robotic Process Automation in liaison with other technology groups
- Understand business automation requirements and devise an automation approach
- Drive process assessments for RPA opportunities
- Plan and prioritize own work and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks.
- Available on-call support for critical issues Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing RPA on Automation Anywhere (Unattended bots)
- Hands-on programming experience (including scripting /coding), C#, Python, SQL, and relational databases.
- E2E Software Development Lifecycle Experience
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working for a global Hi-Tech company
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in English
- Should understand client's requirements and its business viabilities
- Must be able to design the solutions in detail with the help from the consultants and business
- Comfort and experience in working with both business and technology groups
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Should have strong knowledge experience in different IT sectors domains
- Knowledge of Project Management discipline (waterfall and agile models) and System Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
- Sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to organize work with little day-to-day direction
- Proven ability to successfully drive results within a matrixed organization
- Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
- ITIL certified - Preferred
- Team player
- Should have Technical Project management vast experience and should be able to manage large team
