We have a urgent requirement for Web developer. Someone on strong With MVC experience. I Location : Minneapolis, MN (Remote till Covid is done) Position Purpose The Sr Web Developer integral part of a dedicated agile development team designing and developing technical solutions that fuel digital experiences and business growth. The Sr Web Developer will provide technical direction to on-shore and off-shore developers, communicate across workstreams, write technical specifications, and develop solutions to meet business requirements. A high performing team player who can think creatively and strategically to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities The Sr Web Developer will analyze, design, develop and maintain websites, business portals and various other online properties. They will develop campaign & custom pages, microsites, and web applications based on wireframes and or conceptual designs. The Sr Web Developer will lead offshore team members in work direction, support QA testing and UA testing for all aspects of development cycle. They will provide content management system support through the weekly agile sprint cycle, including defect resolution, and code and content migrations. The Sr Web Developer will provide written and verbal communication, direction, and leadership during all aspects of development through the weekly agile sprint cycle. Must be comfortable working outside of core technology skillset when communicating business needs to developers. Support and maintain the implementation of web analytics and web tracking tools, Create, modify, and manage support and administration guides. Performs other duties as required Qualifications Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in website and web application design/development
- 7+ years of experience in responsive and mobile-first application design/development
- 5+ years of experience in web site and web application design/development using content management systems
- 5+ years of experience with DevOps
- 5+ years agile/scrum/kanban
- 5+ years using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with .NET MVC
- Experience with .NET CMS
- Experience with level A conformance of WCAG 2.0 guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (in-person or remotely) ability to drive alignment
- Possesses strong sense of ownership and is a self-starter; quickly able to assess opportunities and propose solutions
- Ability to communicate accurate technical direction to on-shore and off-shore team members
- Ability to operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment - while still hitting business critical deadlines
- Experience applying software development methodology and standard project management practices and methodologies
- Experience using Kentico CMS
- Experience using Azure Cloud
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience using Adobe Analytics
- Experience using Siteimprove Web Governance Solution
