Manage communication systems, office equipment, utility services, office reception, mail and distribution services, word processing, and copy services
Be in charge of over overall office administration
Take part in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow
Support Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
Evaluate current office organizational structure and make improvements

Need at least 3+ years of job related experience
Prepare Expense Reports experience highly preferred
Comprehension of Concur
Construction experience required
Background working with Process Expense Reports
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Practical knowledge of Lease Contracts
Proficiency in Construction Documents
Executive Administrative Support experience highly valued
Previous experience working with Quickbooks Online
Good understanding of Powerpoint Slides
General familiarity with contracts
Earlier work involving Powerpoint Presentation
Experience with Coordinate Travel Arrangements
