Payrate: $20 hour.
Phone support = receive call-offs from union non-union employees.
Follow script of questions to understand absence reasons and direct employees to next steps ie. report to medical center.
Communicate absences and reason codes to leadership.
Basic data entry.
Contact employees to follow-up as needed and communicate results to leadership.
Must have HS Diploma or GED from an accredited academic institution
1-2 years of experience answering phones, good customer Services skills.
