Downtown Modesto Restaurant specializing in a scratch kitchen, using fresh products is looking to fill a full-time position for a working Chef. You would be responsible for the following:
Menu creation, which includes, banquet dinners and special events
Hiring, training and performance reviews of a kitchen staff
Managing and scheduling employees
Establishing presentation techniques and quality standards
Food preparation and standardization
Ensuring proper safety and sanitation
Experience as Chef required
