Big League Dreams Manteca is looking for an experienced individual to assist the director of a multi-million dollar food and beverage department at our sports facility in Manteca California operating a cost effective operation while providing quality food and customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year current food and beverage management experience
Bar experience a plus
The perfect person will assist the food and beverage director:
Supervise and evaluate employees
Schedule and train
Prepare reports, inventories and payroll
Review and code invoices
