Progressive private practice providing the very latest in medical treatments seeking a dynamic, hardworking, dedicated, caring, cheerful self starter to join our team.
This is a very fast pace office. Ability to effectively manage your time and multi-task is a must. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, outstanding patient and customer service skills, ability to problem solve and aid in conflict resolution for patients/clients, be able to take directions well and go above and beyond to help our practice thrive and growing.
This position will require a lot of training and constantly learning of new information and skills.
Ideal Candidate must understands and agrees that medical services is still part of the service industry and have exceptional customer service skills.
Duties includes but not exclusive to:
Cross train to check-in and check-out as needed.
Room patients and effectively manage patient flow.
Triaging incoming calls.
Return patient phone calls in a timely manner.
Provides clinical support and patient care.
Patient education.
Assist physician in minor in-office procedures.
Efficiently process authorizations for procedures and RX.
Phlebotomy experience.
Aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery or infertility medical practice experience a huge plus.
Accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR.
Maintenance of office supplies related to exams and equipment.
Ethical, dependable and honest.
Must have a very caring and accommodating personality. Easy to work with.
Must be certified and have at least two years of experience.
Experience in sales, marketing, health coaching, nutrition, social media a huge plus.
Again, this is a very fast paced, busy and demanding position. Applicant must possess outstanding organizational skills, fast worker, accurate, be able to follow directions, meeting strict deadlines, be a team player, flexible, willing to go above and beyond to make the practice successful, demonstrate a highly positive "can do" attitude, be able to contribute to a highly positive work environment at all times. Minimum 2 year medical experience required. If you are an outstanding candidate, we may accept 1 year medical experience.
