We're looking for the right individual to work part-time, Monday thru Friday at an extremely busy Medical Office Building in Modesto, with some occasional evening/weekend hours as well.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate well with tenants, patients, ownership, and management
- Capable of emailing daily reports/photos to manager
- Personable and well groomed
- Dependable vehicle (some travel may be required)
- Have and maintain cell phone
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools
- Should follow oral or written instructions
- Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing repair or general maintenance work of facility
- Grounds keeping (picking up trash in parking lot and landscaping)
- Daily inspections of building
- Completing work orders in common areas and tenant spaces (including minor repairs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks)
- Repairing and treating structures such as restrooms, walls, flooring and roof
- Troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on building systems
- Responding to alarm calls after and during regular work hours
- Provide access to contractors and vendors
