Position Summary: Assist line production with stacking pallets of products and responsible for completing a variety of basic duties regarding product quality, rework, and light assembly as necessary for general production output.
Job Responsibilities: Performs light industrial product review to support output Assist in stacking pallets of product output Organizational skills of stacking patterns Assist other lines/departments as needed Package finished product to meet customer delivery schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements following the company Good Manufacturing Practices Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated organizational, detail oriented, and observation skills Basic mathematical calculation skills Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often with limited supervision Ability and interest in accepting a flexible work schedule as dictated by operational needs Must be able to lift up-to 50lbs for repetitive stacking up to 15 tons per day Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and twist for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, packaging or assembly line production experience; ideally in food, process, or high-speed packaging
