Certified Paralegal experienced in civil litigation within local area - San Joaquin & Stanislaus Counties
Discovery with standard civil forms and pleadings
Assist with drafting legal documents including demand letters, motions and pleadings
Organize legal correspondence and bookkeeping
Editing legal documents for accuracy
Research - civil litigation - torts
Requirements
Many years minimum paralegal experience in civil litigation
Excellent understanding of California local and county court rules
Proficient with computers experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Pass a criminal background check
