Well established precision sheet metal manufacturer has an immediate opening for a full and part time Amada Brake Operator in our LIVERMORE operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Reading drawings and routings
Safe machine operation
Verify proper dimensions, check form, fit function on tight tolerance sheet metal and structural assemblies

Experience:
Candidates should possess experience working with Amada or similar presses in a safe manner
Minimum 2 years metal fabrication and blue print reading
Aerospace, medical, automotive and defense parts production history +
Experience with continuous improvement tools, lean operations, 6S
Personal Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate and work with others
Must take pride in work and have attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced, multicultural work environment
Computer software:
Solid time keeping and documentation skills
Other:
Warehouse environment
Forklift experience +
Able to lift 50 lbs and in good physical health for general labor
