Maleko Personnel has an immediate need for Reach Forklift Operators for a cold storage logistics company with facilities in Turlock, CA. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience operating a "REACH FORKLIFT". We only want top quality employees that want to grow with us. The client's warehouse receives truckloads unsorted consumer items that need to be tested, sorted, and then staged. We are looking for people that are efficiency-minded and are excellent at turning "random" into "organized". You will be working with a team of 3 individuals so strong communication skills are a must. We need hands-on workers, not people that like to sit back and bark out orders.
We are ONLY looking for hard working individuals. If you do not have a strong work ethic and sense of doing the right thing, please do not respond. The starting pay is between $13.50 and $14.50 per hour depending on position and experience. There is quick advancement if you can prove yourself. The client is a rapidly growing company that is looking for long term employees to grow with them.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Operate REACH FORKLIFT in a distribution environment within the past 6 months
-Current certification not required, however testing and certification by our plant safety supervisor will be mandatory
-Experience with RF Scanner
-Computer Skills
-Strong ability to multi-task
-Strong ability to efficiently manage a chaotic warehouse environment
-Ability to pass a drug test
-Punctual
