Duties include but are not limited to:
Processing service contract applications, cancellations and refunds
Processing finance reserve payments / chargebacks
Posting incentive and rebate payments, dealer billing invoices, weekly warranty claim payments, etc.
Reconciling schedules including: warranty, service contract, incentives, rebates, holdback, supplemental flooring, sublet, and finance reserve
Back up phone receptionist on breaks

Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS but not required
Must have a clean & valid drivers license
Enthusiastic with high energy
Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
Quality customer service skills and sales track record is a PLUS
Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
Capable of learning and using new software and systems
Persistent, competitive and outstanding work ethic
Focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership sales
Bilingual Spanish speaker
High school diploma or GED
Previous track record of success in a consultative, commission-based sales role is a plus
Demonstrates customer development and retention skills
Proven prior successful accomplishments of goals and objectives
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent networking and prospecting skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
