Adrian's Beauty College is looking for a strong, motivated, fun, energetic Admissions Representative to work between our Modesto and Tracy campuses.
Part-time. 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday varied hours. Some weekends may be needed.
Responsibilities include, but not limited:
Ability to meet deadlines and quotas REQUIRED;
Assist Admissions Rep and tasks,
Arrange appointments with prospective students;
Maintain student tracking reports;
Handle telephone and personal inquires;
Recruit students;
Schedule and hold Career Days at regional high schools;
Maintain lead cards and all follow up;
Complete the daily to do in computer;
Interviews prospects;
Follow up on all inquiries that fail to schedule or no show for an appointment;
Help the prospect complete the enrollment forms and related paperwork;
Cover receptionist and answer phones as needed;
Give information seminar;
Give orientation to new students;
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly start goals;
Comply with Federal, State, Accreditation and institutional policy and procedures;
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Proprietary education admissions experience preferred
Possess and utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution skills
Problem solving skills
Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently;
Bilingual abilities preferred but not required.
