ROOF INSPECTOR WANTED: Central Valley. We will train you (Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties)
You must be willing to travel. The job requires you to inspect 15 roofs per day from the rooftop and write reports for our clients. This is not a roof estimator position for replacing roofs. We focus primarily on roof inspections for Real Estate transactions along with some inspections for homeowner leaks and repairs and insurance claims. Occasionally coverage in nearby territories may be needed when others are on vacation.
Compensation: Commission only. Most of our inspectors easily make over $70,000. This is not a cold-calling job. We find most of the inspections for you and will keep you busy. We will guarantee you no less than $1000 per week for the first 6 months if you work all 5 days. After this, you will have plenty of inspections and reports under your belt.
This is a sales job that pays on commission only. This is a great career opportunity with lots of room for growth. Sales experience with good people skills is a must. Roofing/construction experience ideal but not necessary. Computer skills and typing skills very important. We will train you for success. You will be a business owner with all the perks, incentives, and tax advantages due to your title.
Job requirements:
-business license (can be obtained during training)
-MUST HAVE a well maintained, professional-looking TRUCK capable of holding ladders.
-Good grammar and spelling habits
-Open availability
-Good health and the ability to climb ladders onto roofs many times a day
-No fear of heights or of walking on roofs
-I-phone or Android smartphone with internet.
-Home computer with internet and printer
-Microsoft Office with Outlook and Word
-Typing skills and basic computer knowledge
