As a Field Support Technician you will:
Participate in start-up commissioning for site issues
Serve as a consultant in difficult situations
Read and install systems based on Fike drawings
Participate in emergency/after-hours product support coverage
Provide stellar customer service (ISO-9001 compliance)
Travel 80% of the time
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated mechanical or electrical technical knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver's license
Must be able to travel
