Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the Program Integration Team (PIT) Facilities Integration organization and Information Technology department.

Responsibilities include serving as liaison between project management, planning, project team, internal customers, contractors, and site facilities organizations. Developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Work with site upper management, project managers, internal customers, security, and site leads to ensure that the support necessary for internal operations is immediate and effective. The selected candidate is responsible for capacity planning, which includes personnel moves, IT coordination, phones, site facilities coordination, external ticketing and capacity system updates, status briefings, and all other aspects of Facilities Integration for the program area. The candidate is also responsible for the resolution of IT service tickets to include equipment deployment, system imaging, software installation, break/fix issues, etc. Collaborates with existing project teams for implementation and modification of any upcoming IT projects that span across functional organizations. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Work closely with Program IT organization and Computer Security to ensure solutions best meet the requirements within the Customer approved, existing infrastructure while also meeting the needs of the information technology department.Serve as on-site liaison for Program IT, interfacing with program leadership and workforce to provide high-quality service.Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.Research vendor documentation and work with other supporting organizations in SCIS and the Enterprise for troubleshooting solutions

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and 5 years of related experience.

Salary Range: $101,400 USD - $152,200 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
