Responsible to support field technicians by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues. Log and track details in Salesforce. Required Skills:

Strong mechanical and or technical aptitude
Ability to do remote troubleshooting and problem resolution
Knowledge of MS Office
High School diploma or GED
