DescriptionWe currently have an opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Front Desk Coordinator in a prominent real estate company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Santa Barbara, California region. Are you a hard worker who can tackle multiple projects at the same time? Then this Front Desk Coordinator position would be a great fit for you.Key responsibilities:
Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Be a welcoming presence for visitors
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Order office and kitchen supplies
Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
RequirementsRequirements for the role:
Strong organization skills
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Microsoft Word experience desired
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
