Full-service Design, Printing and Promotional Products franchise in Monterey seeking an experienced individual (ideally in print or bookkeeping) for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position. This is a 35-40hr/week position.
The position requires great attention to detail, organizational skills and amazing customer service. Your duties will include answering phones, light bookkeeping tasks, assisting walk-in customers, running a digital printer, assisting sales staff, assisting with production tasks like mailing, organizing and more. Flexibility is key. WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
Communicating with customers via Email and Telephone

Generating quotes
Entering work orders
Creating invoices & entering bills
Greeting walk-in customers at the front counter
Learn our company software and billing system
Must be a self-starting, highly productive individual with a good work ethic and a positive attitude
Pays close attention to detail
Print Shop, Manufacturing or Bookkeeping experience is a major PLUS
Digital print experience a major PLUS
Graphic Design education and/or experience a PLUS
