Local company is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to assist in the managing of the day to day accounting functions. The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in an office environment. Strong AP and AR skills required.
Duties include: Maintain fixed assets reconciliation, W9's, 1099's, assist in annual budgets, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and compliance reports, prepare audit work papers and assist with audit Q&A, deposit all checks and post to ledger, review all invoices for coding and process all check requests.
