Moreover, some perks of the job include using the company vehicle and being a part of an essential company. Of course, you'll be provided with protective gear, and all our staff follows strict CDC guidelines. Experience is welcome for this position, but not required since we provide on the job training.Duties:
Inspections of Rental Properties
General maintenance knowledge, plumbing, structural, electrical, landscaping, etc.
Help perform minor repairs under the direction of the Operations Manager, change doorknobs, fix flappers on toilets, change light bulbs.
Identify maintenance problems on rental properties
Contact the appropriate vendors for the problems
Move-in and Move-outs
Check vendors work to ensure the work was done properly
Maintain accurate job costingJob Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License and clean DMV driving record.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to lift 45 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and get on roofs
Knowledge of power tools
Construction knowledge is a plus
Ability to travel to all areas in Monterey County, Salinas, and South County
Some computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Computer literate.
Must be able to multi-task and be organized.
Must be willing to travel locally, Salinas, Castroville, and South Counties to various properties.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage your time.
Exhibit solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes and complaints.
Physical activity includes walking, climbing stairs, lifting signage, and placing signage.
Must be a team player who gets along with everyone.
