JOB TITLE: Specialty Services Technician
RATE OF PAY: Competitive Wages for Experienced Applicants
SHIFT: Daytime, Graveyard and Various other Shifts, 18-40 hours per week, 4-6 days a week. Flexibility with schedule and overtime available!

Primary Duties:
Carpet extraction/cleaning
Floor cleaning (including mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing)
Specific duties will vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client at the assigned location
Other Skills (will train as needed):
Decision making, problem solving and listening skills
Clear communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and tools
Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Able to understand and observe safety rules
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willing to accept change and work in a team-based environment
Physical/Other Requirements:
Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
Required to lift up to a minimum of 60 lbs
Ability to walk, kneel, climb, crouch, stoop, push/pull
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to/from work site
Must be flexible with schedule, as shift times could change at customer's request, weekends may be required and part of the normal work schedule, depending on position and/or assignment
Additional Helpful Skills:
Bilingual (english/spanish) helpful
Basic computer knowledge
General janitorial cleaning experience
Generl carpet or floor cleaning experience
