Shop service writer is responsible for:
-Greeting and signing in customers
-Taking accurate notes of customers requests
-Creating work orders
-Answering phones
-Various other administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Great customer service skills
-Must have valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge/experience with automotive mechanics and maintenance
-Experience with creating repair orders
-Experience working with programs such as Mitchell and ProDemand.
