HGHB Architects seeks a Technical Architect to lead detailing, code analysis, and construction-focused documentation for education and civic projects.
Duties:
Produce technical details + code compliance documents
Lead quality control & coordination
Support DSA submittals + revisions
Solve building envelope + accessibility issues
Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
Architecture degree
7+ years experience with strong technical background
AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Office required
SketchUp/Adobe helpful
Revit a plus
Strong CBC/Title 24 knowledge
DSA experience highly preferred
Must be local; in-office
