Position: Busser
Location: Villa Azteca, California
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by clearing tables, cleaning, and resetting them promptly and efficiently for incoming guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including maintaining the cleanliness of floors and service stations.
- Assist with delivering meals and beverages from the kitchen and bar areas to tables as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs and requests with a positive attitude.
- Support other restaurant staff by keeping the restaurant space tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Comply with safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a busser or in a similar role is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy items.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods of time.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced restaurant environment with potential for high noise levels.
- Weekends and evenings availability preferred, as this position may require working a variety of shifts including holidays.
