Hello! We are a local destination wedding venue located in the Corralitos Mountains looking for an Assistant Wedding Coordinator for training into a full-time Wedding Coordinator position. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to start a career as a Wedding Coordinator!
Part time, just weekends, leading to more training hours in the Fall and full time in March 2020 when you will move from an assistant position to coordinating your own weddings! Must work weekends, be willing to learn and assist in all aspects of destination weddings, be extremely organized, a great communicator, and flexible. Other requirements:
Experience in Catering, hospitality, or customer service a BIG plus
Attention to detail a must
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Must have your own laptop computer
Experience in Excel and Quickbooks a plus
Must be able to pitch in with set up if necessary - able to lift 30 lbs
