Growing manufacturing company looking for a temporary (estimated 3-6 months) part time Recruiter to help market, source and interview for production and operations positions. Experience in skilled in marketing tactics, company branding, and/or recruiting preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Actively source, recruit and attract candidates to interview for hourly positions
Creatively market and advertise the role to community centers, career fairs, schools and more
Be on the ground recruiting and cold calling candidates; post fliers on cars, search for resumes online, attend career fairs etc.
Must be willing to travel to select areas in and around Hollister (Los Banos, Monterey, Salinas, Gilroy etc.) for events and recruiting
Actively look for marketing tools and outlets to advertise the positions
Be able to hit a monthly goal of qualified hires and report out on progress and data
Candidate must possess above average interpersonal skills, have flexible hours, and bring a strong sense of creatively and stick-to-it-ness to the role
