Job Title: Customer Support Team Member Gilroy Yard Operations

Job Duties
Greet and assist Customers with dropping off of recycled materials.
Assist other staff with the organizing and sorting of recycled materials.
Assist with keeping yard organized and clean.
Assist with loading of recycled materials for transportation from of yard.
Assist with other duties as required within the yard operations.
Qualifications
Must work safely at all times.
Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
Able to work recycling hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
Follow company dress code policy, maintaining a well groomed, neat appearance so as to create a favorable impression with customers.
Previous experience in a recycling environment preferred but not required.
Standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking and bending are required.
Operate a forklift is plus but not required. Must have ability to learn and be certified to operate a forklift.
Be able to handle recycled material.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Must be able to pass company drug and alcohol test.

Full Time Daytime work hours Scheduled work hours may vary.
Will require working various days of the week Monday thru Saturday
