The Santa Lucia Preserve, A Private Community and Golf Club is accepting applications for:
Full-Time Ranch Hand /Groomer at the Equestrian Center
This team member will be responsible for:
Assisting with maintenance of stalls and facility, horse care, horse turn out, grooming, feeding, and other various ranch duties.
The ideal candidate would maintain a high standard of safety and hospitality throughout the Equestrian Center.
Candidate must be reliable, professional, and personable.
This position has apartment housing available on-site. The candidate must qualify through county requirements to be eligible for the subsidized housing.
Minimum Position Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred
2+ years' experience with horses required
Proficiency in English; multilingual strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as a constructive team member
