ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Night Utility lead. We have many leaders at ABM who started their career in this role so if you want to grow, we can show you how. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Responsibilities:
Clean the assigned area which could be an aircraft, building, hospital, warehouse, schools, universities, and other facilities.
Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Pay rate- $14.25-$16.00
Depends on experience
Scheduele: Mon-Fri 6:00pm-2:30am
Must be open for some weekened work.

You must meet the following requirements:
1. Very flexible
2. Able to perform multiple tasks
3. On call in case of emergencies or if another EE is not able to work
4. Available to work on the weekends if necessary
5. Thorough and competent
6. Able to instruct and train others on their tasks and meet the cleaning standards per the scope of work of the location
7. Easy to get along with and work well with others
8. In good health and able to lift up to 65lbs
9. Knowledge of how to scrub and wax floors, clean or shampoo carpets, clean interior and exterior windows up to 25ft
10. Bilingual and able to read and write in Spanish and English
11. Drive a company owned cargo van to perform duties in various locations in the Monterey, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Luis Obispo counties
12. Open and receptive to any other duties, responsibilities or requirements that meet or exceed company and customer standards and policies
13. Need to have at least 3yrs experience as a supervisor of lower level employees.
